Overview of Instructional Programmes/ Non Instructional Programmes

Special arrangements are made in the teaching of Geography, History and Social Studies, through the Banding Programme where pupils for the ‘O’ and ‘N’ level cohorts across classes are banded according to their ability and learning needs. The department provides a customised learner-centred approach in the learning of the subjects.

Enrichment Programmes

We seek to enrich and deepen students’ appreciation of the Humanities through the following programmes: 


Through a range of Learning Journeys to learn about diverse topics and subjects 


Sec 1: Visit to Bukit Timah Nature Reserve*

Sec 3: Visit to Parliament House and observation of parliament seating 


Sec 4:  Annual Land Transport Festival organised by Land Transport Authority
